The Quick Charger promises to have the toy “ready to ride” in two hours, however, 6 to 8 hours is recommended for a full charge on the toy.Although we claim the battery will be “ready with only 2 hours charge time, we still recommend the 6-8 hour charge time regularly.
The charger will not over heat if left on for longer than the recommended time, and will not ruin the battery as it will automatically shut off.If the charger was left on too long the red light may blink even though the battery is fine. It is recommended that the battery be charged on the regular charger to verify there is no damage.
If charge is interrupted, (i.e. power outage), it is recommended that you unplug it from the wall and the battery, and then restart as the LED may be confused.
