In fact, we fill it fully with the activated carbon and ion exchange resin when producing, however, the resin particles, which are indispensable in the 2-step advanced filtration system, will shrink when stored in dry warehouse. So it becomes loose and not full. In actual use, the resin will absorb water and recover in 1~2 hours. So please don't worry.
