Citron Alyssum Decorative Garden Seeds. Lobularia maritima. Also known as Rock Cress Alyssum has the habit of filling in gaps and cascading over rocks which makes it perfect for alpine gardens or planting containers. The tiny blooms grow closely together to form a collective plumage that has also been used as a ground cover. Height - 4 to 6 inches. Spacing - 4 to 8 inches. Spread - 6 to 12 inches. Depth - Do not cover just press seed into the soil. Alyssum tolerates dry soils and periods of drought. Becuase of its strong nature Alyssum has also been used as a ground cover instead of ivy or grass. Approximately 90 000 seeds/oz.
