Flowers and leaves are not wired. Flowers measure approximately 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Box of 36 flower, 12 calla lily, 12 frangipani and 12 hydrangea blossoms, with 48 leaves. These flowers are approved for food use and are edible. However, gumpaste is very hard, best if not eaten and are a choking hazard for small children.Gumpaste sugar cake flowers are brittle and easily damaged in shipping.
