Shipping and Payment Method

Once you confirm your order, we will contact you by phone to verify your information and answer any questions. Your rug will then be carefully packed and shipped under the best conditions to be delivered to your door within 48 hours.

Payment is due upon delivery, in cash, with the opportunity to inspect the rug before paying. This service is completely free and valid only in Morocco.

For orders outside Morocco, payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping your order.
