- Installation: first, remove the base holding the O-ring screw, then slide the O-ring onto the round-shaped bullbar - this may require slightly bending the O-ring to clamp it over the bullbar, next, bolt the O-ring back onto the base, attach the license plate mounting plate onto the base, and finally, mount the license plate
