When a catcher slips on this mitt, it is going to feel like they are putting their thumb into a cast within the mitt. Lastly, this mitt is going to be perfect for players aged 7 years old to 13 years old. It will have a snug fit that should keep it nice and tight on a youth player's hand. Because of this fitting, it would not be one that we really recommend for adults catching their young players..
